Our site is as big as the city of Bussum and stretches over three municipal areas. A lot is happening behind the gates of our company: raw materials arrive by ship and after various processing stages are distributed as rolls of steel by rail, barge, sea or lorries to our customers.
In the end our steel, a sustainable, endlessly recyclable product, reaches you as consumer. Steel, in whichever form, has become an integral part of daily life. Whether we’re eating, travelling, working, or relaxing; steel plays a role in everything we do.

A visit to our wonderful Blast Furnace Museum is also an option. The Blast Furnace Museum is a place where our industrial heritage is safeguarded with unusual and historical objects, documents, photos and film material. The museum is housed in one of the historic washing areas and the old pipe foundry just outside our industrial site.
